If you want to reach NWS via instant messaging, sign up for an account here:

Click on "Request Account" at the left. Be sure to fill out everything before you click Submit. If you get a message that you missed an entry, go back and make sure *everything* is filled out again. The interface seems to wipe out your "agreed" checkbox and password each time until you get it all 100% correct. We haven't used it yet, but are hoping for good things!

Include what agency or entity you work for and your ICS position (e.g. “FBAN” or “DIVS”).
